What Do You Endure?
Endurance is to bear with tolerance! |
Video Swim Stroke Analysis... Anyone with any swimming background can spot stroke deficiencies, but it takes years of experience and specialized training to be able to explain how to correct the problem(s) in such a manner that the swimmer can understand and implement the solution. That is the major difference between what Endurance offers and what is available anywhere else. See Dan's bio for his years of experience and specialized training. Swim stroke analysis takes place in two separate videotaped sessions, the first one establishes a baseline and provides video for Dan to analyze, both above and below the water. The session will last as long as is necessary but usually runs about one hour. Dan will offer specific tips to improve the swimmer's stroke and the swimmer will practice them during the session to ensure correct technique and internalization by the swimmer. After the session, the full motion video and still photos that Dan captures will be available for upload via the Endurance Sports website. The stills will include text that clearly explains what the swimmer is looking at and needs to work on as well as drawings directly on the still photo that will show proper technique. The second session will take place approximately 3 weeks after the first session and will be used to judge the swimmer's improvement, compare the earlier video to the second session's video, and to build on the progress the swimmer has made. This session also normally lasts about an hour. Both sessions, all of the video and still video captures, expert analysis and training, and written analysis are included for the single price of $200.
